UTICA, NY — While most folks were dead asleep, somethin’ loud and violent ripped through a neighborhood around 2 in the mornin’… and it weren’t no dream.

A car came barrelin’ down and ended up straight inside a house at the corner of Oswego and Lincoln Ave.

We ain’t talkin’ a bump or a tap either — this thing hit hard enough to tear into the structure, knock debris everywhere, and leave the side of that home lookin’ like it got punched in.

Utica Fire rolled up quick with a full crew. Engines, rescue, truck — the whole lineup. They found the vehicle jammed into the house, damage spread across the foundation area, and debris scattered all over the yard.

Crews got to work securing the scene, stabilizing the vehicle, and checking to make sure the house wasn’t about to give way.

One person was taken over to Wynn Hospital with what’s being called minor injuries — and honestly, that’s the miracle in all this. That situation could’ve turned a whole lot worse real fast.

Now folks in the neighborhood are left wondering…

How does a car end up inside someone’s house at 2AM?

Speed? Distraction? Something else?

That part ain’t clear yet — but you better believe people are talkin’.
