OSWEGO, NY — Every once in a while, something comes across the scanner that makes you stop and say, “there’s no way that’s real.” This was one of those calls.
According to dispatch audio, police were sent to a residence in Oswego after a complaint that items described as sex toys were being thrown onto a porch during a dispute between two individuals.
The call reportedly came from a second party who claimed the situation had gone beyond a simple argument and turned into objects being tossed outside the home. Dispatch also noted that one of the individuals involved either refused to provide a name or it was withheld during the call.
Officers responded under what has been labeled as a disorderly conduct situation.
Now let’s be real — neighbor disputes happen all the time. People argue over noise, property lines, parking… all the usual stuff. But this one stands out because it took a turn you don’t hear about every day.
At this time, there has been no official confirmation of charges or further details released by authorities. As always with scanner-based information, details can change as things are verified.
What we do know is simple — police were called, something unusual happened, and it’s got people talking.
